Scary good fun
Some celebrations are about eating. Others are about enjoying the great outdoors. And some are all about fun. And fun is well and truly the name of the game during the late October celebration of Halloween. This is the one time of the year when you can, nay are expected to, lose your inhibitions and run wild – all in the name of tradition. Be it marauding the neighbourhood during trick-or-treating, dressing up as Lady Gaga for a costume party, or carving pumpkins into creepy jack-o’-lanterns. Halloween is one holiday that’s well worth the effort. And of course, things will only be better if you can converse with fellow revellers. Arm yourself with these handy phrases and you’re guaranteed to have the time of your life.
